Madroño is only 3 km (2 mi) from Playa Venao.  It’s as beautiful, much more tranquil, costs a whole lot less and has beautiful sunsets.  All lots are near the ocean, have excellent ocean views, most with views of kilometers of beach, Isla de Cañas, the estuary, Punta Azuero, the valley and a magnificent sunset over Cerro Hoya.  The furthest lot is  just minutes away from the beach.  Compare the distance to the ocean and the price with other properties being offered.  A cool breeze blows down from the mountains in the dry season and off the ocean in the wet season.  The beach access includes a beautiful semi-private beach which is as much as 500 yards (460 meters) wide at low tide, followed by tide pools, rocky headlands, caves and small inset private beaches.   All lots include road, power and water.     These properties are just off of a major paved road.  Lots have cell phone coverage and Starlink internet is available.  Roads to the individual parcels are well constructed and maintained 20 feet (6 meter) wide gravel all-weather roads which can be driven by two wheel drive vehicles although we recommend 4WD.  The average density is low with less than one lot per 6000m2.  We can recommend contractors and advise on the construction process.  The prices for lots start at $64,000 and go up to $270,000.  Financing is available on all parcels at up to 90% of sales price at 7%.  Buy now while prices are still very good or use financing for a great leveraged investment.  Click to enlarge photos.
